Pastor Kenny Seidler
I was born June 11, 1958 and raised just outside of Beaver Falls, a steel town in Western
Pennsylvania. I enjoy early mornings, walking, reading, spending time with my family, and target
shooting (when I get the chance).
In October of 1982 I married my wonderful wife Mindy. Together we have raised our two
children and now have 5 grandchildren. My Daughter Bree and her husband Justin Sherman live in
Hastings Mi where they serve in the local Wesleyan Church. There they take care of two of our
Grandchildren, Aelah and Obadiah (Obie). My son Luke and His wife Laisa serve at the Dayton Pa COG
Luke is a licensed Pastor and is leading the Youth ministry in the community. There they take care of our
other 3 Grandchildren, Eleazar (Ellie), Charlie, and Lettie.
Mindy and I have been married for over 40 years. During those 40 years we have lived in Spain
where I served in the USAF, we have owned and operated a Riding Stable in Cook Forest Pa. and have
lived in Western Pa serving in the Brookville COG and Dayton COG. We lived in the Brookville Pa area for
over twenty-three years and were very involved with the Brookville Church of God where Mindy served
on the Praise Team and I served over seeing our Small Group ministry, Fellowship ministry and as Pastor
of Assimilation. From September of 1988 until July of 2011 I was employed as an electrician at Colony
Homes in Clarion Pa. During that time I worked towards my ordination with and through the Church of
God (Anderson In) While being mentored by Rev. O. Henry Scoff at the Brookville Pa COG.
In July 2011 We were Called to serve at the Dayton COG where I served as Senior Pastor and
Mindy served as our worship leader. While there I was very involved in the community and outreach
ministries of our church and the local ministeriums. I am totally sold out to the mission God has given
His Church and believe that each of us, as a part of God’s Church, are to be involved in the Great
Commission; to go and make disciples, to be witnesses of God’s love and mercy and Grace, and that
each of us are to be an active part in a local congregation.
In January of 2023 I was led to become the Senior Pastor of the Family Worship Center (FWC) As
the pastor here I am called to equip the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the Body of
Christ (His Church) See Eph 4:12 NASB.
There is only one Church, there are many different traditions and Fellowships and
denominations and movements, but there is only One Church, with many, yet different, congregations. I
believe that we should all work together in the communities where God has placed us (The Church) to
fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. To Reach the Lost and lead them to Christ.
And it all starts with Prayer, is Covered in Prayer, and ends with Prayers of Thanksgiving and Praise.
Mindy and I are very family oriented and are doing our best to be with the grandchildren as
much as possible. We enjoy traveling with the family and visiting with them as often as we can. Mindy
and I are currently doing our best to see the USA, hiking and exploring our national parks, local state
parks, and doing our best to grow in our relationships with each other, our congregation, and our Lord
while serving here at the Family Worship Center.
